Foster Referral Form

Social workers, please refer your emancipated foster youth to receive furniture and homegoods donations here (password protected).

Young adults aging out of foster care can refer themselves here.

We are currently only able to service Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Lake, Medina, Stark and Summit counties. If you have a referral outside of these counties, we are happy to coordinate a pickup at one of our warehouses! Please contact us directly at programmanager@chair-ity.org and we will assist you as best as we can.
